ABOUT PRIDE BY SIDE

Pride by Side builds the capacities of organisations (and projects) creating outcomes for LGBTQIA+ people and communities.

In short, organisations can come to us with a challenge, and we’ll pair them with a volunteer expert who’ll support them with the skills, knowledge, or resources they need to achieve their goals.

We are the only organisation in Australia to exclusively provide bespoke, capacity-building support based on the organisation’s unique needs across the domains of:

· Impact and evaluation
· Business and governance
· User and ecosystem
· Branding and communications
· Systems and processes
· People and culture
· LGBTQIA+ perspectives and experiences

With 94% of LGBTQIA+ initiatives needing capacity-building support, our work is vital.

Pride by Side is volunteer-led and run, and we’re looking for a proactive volunteer to help lead the matching process between LGBTQIA+ organisations and experts.
